Tucker has been my trainer for about 3 months. In that time I have seen a huge shift in my body and mind. Not only has he aided me in losing over 35 pounds, but has taught me everything I know about fitness and weightlifting. I am so much stronger than I was 3 months ago. He started me off with functional training to set a foundation and I started lifting weights over a month ago. I have bad back pain and had problems with my knee and he has helped work through those perfectly and I now work out with no pain.
