About My Journey
My own fitness journey began at the age of thirteen when I fell in love with lifting weights while trying to get stronger for football. I’ve been involved in sports since a very young age, and I’ve always craved pushing myself physically and mentally. I earned a college track and field scholarship as a sprinter and loved the challenge of trying to push myself harder, both physically and mentally, throughout the season.
After college, I had several different jobs, and it was during this time I found myself training friends and family on the side. I was able to help them get great results and I was really enjoying the process. This is when I realized I could combine my skills of teaching/coaching with my passion for health and fitness. I decided to go all in on training others and I haven’t looked back since.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I have conducted over 3,000 training sessions since 2017. I focus on private, in-person training here in downtown Issaquah.
